I had a birthday party last weekend. We had it in the morning. Everyone commented on it being so early but Mommy and Daddy wanted me to be happy and awake for the party. Since I nap in the afternoon and after dinner I always do bath and bed, the morning just made sense.
Everybody was there! Mamie and Papie, Granny and Grandpa, Great Uncle Arthur and Great Aunty Choi Lan, Great Aunty Jane was there even though she doesn't celebrate birthdays! Aunty Mary and Aunty Kiersten were there too and Daddy's god parents Andrew and Wila were also there.
We had presents. I got a lot of nice things.
And we had cake. Mommy made my cake. We had lots of fun!
